No-shows and appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not receive a refund. If you need to reschedule your appointment (48 hours prior to the appointment) the first rescheduled fee is waived. If you need to reschedule the appointment a second time, you will be charged for that appointment. We appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance for respecting our time.
Payments are collected via credit card payments at the time of service. This includes both copayments for those who are in-network, and those who are out-of-network.
